We were invited by Casey’s to update 48 of their legacy and acquisition stores with new branding.
A flexible design package was a must to allow for multiple soffit heights and quick installation. A brand décor package was designed for consistent use across all store footprints. Soffits, trim, wayfinding, simulated tile wall, branded register bulkhead and hanging “cloud” were engineered and installed. Our team managed all levels of the project: site surveys, de-branding, scheduling multiple install teams, décor production and budget.
All was accomplished in 3 months without closing stores and sales increased 20%.
