Clearwater, FL, July 1, 2013 – GSP, a leading provider of retail services, announced today the release of GSPSurveyorTM Mobile version 2.2 for iOS and Android platforms. GSPSurveyorTM provides retailers with a platform designed to improve corporate communications, audit and store compliance, and increase store level execution. The GSPSurveyor™ Mobile extension now has location-based GPS Capture capability, enabling users to create and display Captures anywhere on the map.
GSPSurveyor™ Mobile version 2.2 will enable retailers to start a dialogue about competitive promotions, share new ideas and best practices from other retail locations, and log construction zone alerts that impact store accessibility. It also features collated map pins, enabling users to update and view multiple Captures from a single location without having to search for them.
Other new features include categorized navigation, allowing users to create their own localized categories of profile items, linked items for grouping descriptors into single item categories, and an improved user interface with swipe to browse media capability for viewing pictures within media groups.

GSPSurveyor™ Mobile app improvements included in the 2.2 release:
- Update fields in sequence – the app stays in place while users work through form fields.
- Icon update – the mobile app now uses the same set of icons used in the hosted web portal,
for a consistent user experience.
- Memory management – for improved overall app performance.
- Confirmation for delete actions – confirmation message to prevent unintentional deletes.
This new version of the GSPSurveyor™ Mobile has been released to Android Google Play and iOS App Store, and will be available for download as they are released.
