Clearwater, FL and Provo, UT - August 29, 2007 – GSP Marketing Technologies, Inc., a leader in the management of complex point of purchase marketing programs for multi-site retailers and storefront service providers, has completed the purchase of an existing 42,000 square foot commercial warehouse in Provo, Utah. GSP intends to relocate their operation currently located in Springville, Utah to this new facility during the first quarter of 2008.
GSP anticipates that the new building, which is almost three times larger than GSP’s current Utah facility, will increase capacity in GSP’s print production, warehousing and fulfillment departments. This increased space is also intended to improve working conditions for GSP’s western operations team members by creating a more spacious work environment with a streamlined workflow layout.
“This new facility is going to be great for GSP’s customers and our western operations team members,” stated Matt Neuhoff, GSP’s Vice President of Corporate Development. “We saw dramatic capacity, efficiency, and quality improvements when we upgraded our Florida facility several years ago. We anticipate similar gains from this expansion of our Western Facility. It will represent a vast improvement for our Western team.”
Over the next six to seven months the new facility will undergo and extensive interior renovation to make the building ready for all of GSP’s operational needs. This up fit will include the addition of 3,500 square feet of office space, second story storage mezzanine, and a state of the art digital production facility with all the necessary environmental control systems needed to maintain product quality.
