GSP Acquisition Merges Two Retail Service Leaders

GSP Acquisition Results in the Merger of Two Retail Service Leaders

Clearwater, FL, June 5, 2015 – GSP, a leading provider of retail services, announced today that it has purchased substantially all of the assets of the Madison, Wisconsin-based, large-format graphics production lab, Great Big Pictures (GBP), resulting in a strategic merger of two leaders in retail marketing and store-level execution.

“This marks a transformative step in our history,” noted GSP CEO Geoff Neuhoff. “The combination of GSP and Great Big Pictures merges two great companies that are even better together. I’m excited by the possibilities for our business partners and our employees,” he said.

“This is an organizational and strategic merger,” Neuhoff emphasized, “that is mutually beneficial. It will help GSP to improve turn time and reduce transit costs for our customers. GBP is the perfect complement, adding state-of-the-art digital production capabilities, a design and project management team with extensive experience in propping and visual displays for leading retail brands, as well as an 80,000 square foot facility staffed to accommodate our record sales growth, as well as take on the future growth we anticipate.”

GBP’s Alice Torti, who will join GSP’s leadership team and continue to lead GBP as a division of GSP, agreed, “Merging with GSP creates incredible opportunities for GBP’s customers, who will benefit from GSP’s leadership in store profiling technology and G7 Master printing facilities, as well as award-winning design and photography services.”

Bill and Mary Chandler, GBP’s long-time owners and pioneers in photo-realistic graphics production for retail, will support the integration of the two organizations as advisors to GSP’s executive team.  Anticipated growth resulting from the merger and investment in the Madison facility will create as many as thirty new positions in various locations.

“Great Big Pictures is the right partner for us so we can continue to Make Retail Better,” commented Neuhoff.

A leader in the world of retail display graphics since 1973, GBP offers an 80,000-square-foot production facility with the finest in conventional and digital imaging equipment operating 24 hours a day, seven days  a week. It offers photographic-quality printing, propping and visual fixturing to retail partners nationwide and is located in Madison, Wisconsin. For more information, visit
