Clearwater , FL , June 28, 2006 – GSP Marketing Technologies, the leading provider of Point-of-purchase Marketing solutions for the convenience retail industry, today announced the signing of a new and comprehensive financing arrangement with AmSouth Bank. The finance agreement will allow GSP to engage in a major expansion, accelerating improvements already underway and adding a new list of capital enhancements, including major equipment upgrades in GSP’s Florida and Utah facilities.
"Both East and West Coast customers will reap rewards. Our Florida operation will gain flexibility from the relief provided by GSP West. And, we will use this opportunity to upgrade a number of our processes on a company wide basis," said Paul Neuhoff, CEO of GSP Marketing Technologies Inc.
"During the past two years, GSP has introduced four new and significant industry leading sftware programs that are helping our customers ‘get it right’ in store. There's more on the way, and, our new financing arrangement will allow us to ad infrastructure to assist in this important area of GSP growth," added Mr. Neuhoff.
The financing agreement will lead to a round of hardware and infrastructure investment designed to boost GSP’s overall production capabilities.

Christopher Lattimer, CFO of GSP Marketing Technologies, detailed the many upgrades that GSP will undertake. "Improvements to GSP’s current capabilities will include an overall doubling of GSP’s digital print capacity, a 30% increase in GSP’s industry-leading film-output capacity," said Mr. Lattimer. "In addition, we are already planning the installation of a new die cutter and a large-scale industrial cutter at GSP’s Utah facility, and the addition of state-of-the-art warehousing and fulfillment capabilities to GSP’s Western presence."
