AccuStore's Store Portal Improves POP Replacement Process, Accuracy and Reporting

The Client
The Pantry, now Circle K, provided a fast, friendly and convenient shopping experience for customers in over 1,500 locations in 13 states under select banners, including Kangaroo Express®, its primary operating banner.
The Challenge
The customer wanted to transition the POP replacement process from calling the GSP Corporate office requesting replacements to an online solution. The Pantry wanted to give the Market Managers and other field personnel more control of the request process. Some of the problems were centered around high call volumes particularly at the beginning of the month, resulting in a large number of voicemail messages being left for replacement requests.
The Solution
GSP provided AccuStore's Store Portal as the solution for improved inventory management—giving the field the ability to manage their own POP replacement requests through the secure, easy to use web platform. Using Store Portal they are able to quickly order at their convenience, and can review the images of the available POP by category, to ensure they are ordering the correct signs. Store Portal users can also track the shipments, control budgeting and can access reports that track their order history and usage.
