The use of this web site is governed by these Terms of Use. In consideration for your access to this web site, including such portions of this site accessible only to GSP, Inc. customers, you agree that your use of this web site signifies your acceptance of these Terms of Use and your agreement to be legally bound by them. THIS IS A CONTRACT. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use this site. Your use of this site may also be governed by a POP Management Agreement. GSP reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time and you agree to be bound by the modified terms by your continued use of the site after such terms are published.

All content on this site, including but not limited to the site´s layout, organization, selection, coordination, order, arrangement, structure, look and feel, graphics, text, information, reports, images, service marks, trademarks, software, the URL, and the compilation of the same (collectively “Content”) is the sole property of GSP. Such Content is protected by both U.S. and international copyright laws and treaties and trademark laws. You may not directly or indirectly use, scrape, reproduce, display, compile, aggregate, alter, modify, publish, republish, copy, transmit, or create derivative works, or sell any Content without GSP´s prior written consent.

You may not link to any page within our web site (other than the home page) or frame any portion of the site without our prior written consent. You may not copy, access or distribute any Content by using any program, tool, application, protocol or device whether now known or created in the future to make automated copies of any Content or to interfere with or attempt to damage, disable, impair the proper working of the site or any activities conducted on the web site.

GSP Customers are hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to view, print and distribute Content for customer´s exclusive use consistent with the POP Management Agreement between customer and GSP. No implied license is conferred by these Terms of Use or our web site. You may not disclose, deliver, publish, or provide copies of any reports or data generated by the use of this web site or the POP Manager database to any third party including any person or entity in a business that is directly or indirectly competitive with any of the services provided by GSP. You will not use any Content for the benefit of a competitor of GSP or use it in connection with any commercial enterprise other than your own.

GSP Customers retain ownership of original text or photos they provide to GSP but they shall be returned to customers only upon payment of the sums set forth in the POP Management Agreement. Customers who provide text and/or photos to GSP hereby grant a license to GSP to publish and display such works on this site. All artwork prepared by GSP in accordance with a POP Management Agreement shall be owned by GSP but shall be retained and be made available to Customers in accordance with a POP Management Agreement.

ALL CONTENT DISPLAYED ON THIS WEB SITE IS PROVIDED TO YOU “AS IS”, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GSP HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN A POP MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, GSP MAKES NO WARRANTIES THAT THE MATERIAL CONTAINED ON THE WEB SITE IS ACCURATE, TIMELY OR COMPLETE, OR THAT THE WEB SITE OR SERVICES WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, OR WILL BE SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS OR INTENDED APPLICATIONS.

Our web site contains an area where access is only allowed to our customers. Customers are not permitted to share passwords with third parties or otherwise permit or facilitate access to the customer site by non-customers. Do not attempt to access the customer area customer area if you are not a customer.

The trademarks, service marks, domain names, and logos displayed on this site are owned by GSP unless otherwise indicated and may not be used by you without our prior written consent.

Our Brand Story

GSP started as a printing company in1978. We found our niche supplying in-store signage for convenience stores when retailers guessed quantities they needed. This led to overage, waste and expense. To solve this, we developed software to guarantee on-time delivery of “the right size sign, to the right store, every time.”

In 2014, we started AccuStore with a dedicated team. As software helped drive our growth, we realized that new printing and fulfillment sites near customers could drive business and improve sustainability. We acquired companies that fit GSP’s technical excellence and superior customer service models.

First was Great Big Pictures in Madison, WI in 2015. They lead the field in large format printing and visual merchandising for iconic fashion retailers. Their standards for customer service include award-winning sustainability programs, and expertise to bolster retail environments services.

In 2020, GSP acquired Custom Color in Lenexa, KS. The company supplies printed graphics to leading retailers. Custom Color’s stellar quality in fabric printing also aligns with GSP’s values.
